Keep in mind that each embroidery piece is one of a kind.  Due to the handmade nature of our work, variations in design size and placement may occur, adding to the uniqueness of your item.  

Your item may arrive with a white outline around your design.  Don't worry; this is the hoop mark and it will disappear after the item is washed.

As each of our products is custom- made to your specifications, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.
